📥 Purchasing & Downloading

How do I receive my footage after purchase? Because we provide premium 4K ProRes files (often 4GB+), we use a dedicated Secure High-Speed Cloud Server for delivery. Immediately after your purchase, you will instantly receive your unique download link on the order confirmation page and via email.


⚠️ Important Download Rules:

  • 24-Hour Expiry: For security and anti-piracy purposes, your encrypted download link will expire exactly 24 hours after purchase. Please save the files to your device immediately.

  • Download Limits: Each link allows a maximum of 3 download attempts in case of connection drops. We strongly advise downloading to a desktop/laptop computer rather than a mobile device.

What formats and resolutions are the videos? Our bundles are delivered in 4K UHD resolution (2160×3840 for vertical, 3840×2160 for horizontal) at 25fps or 30fps. The files are rendered in the high-quality .MOV (ProRes HQ) format, ensuring crystal-clear details with no compression artifacts. They are fully compatible with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, and CapCut.

Is any of your footage AI-generated? No. Absolutely zero AI is used in the creation of our environments. Every single clip is 100% real, organic drone footage captured on location by our expert cinematographers.

Are the videos color-graded? Yes! All our bundles come with a professional, cinematic color grade applied (Rec.709 ready). They are vivid, balanced, and ready to be dropped straight into your timeline for Instagram Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts.

Do you offer custom drone shooting services for specific projects? No, we operate strictly as a global digital stock footage archive. We do not offer bespoke, custom, or on-location filming services. Our dedicated focus is on continually expanding our premium downloadable catalog for our international clients.


⚖️ Licensing & Terms of Use

What does the “Royalty-Free” license cover? When you purchase a bundle from EuroAerials, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license. This means you pay once and can use the footage forever.

Are property releases included for recognizable landmarks or buildings? While our Royalty-Free license grants you broad commercial usage rights for the footage itself, it does not include specific property or model releases. Some clips may feature recognizable landmarks, trademarked buildings, stadiums, or private estates. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to determine if their specific commercial project (e.g., high-profile television commercials, brand endorsements, or billboard advertising) requires additional clearance or property releases from the respective intellectual property owners. EuroAerials holds no liability for any trademark or copyright claims arising from the unreleased commercial use of specific architectural structures or locations.

What happens if I use an “Editorial Use Only” clip in a commercial advertisement? If you use editorial footage (like the Eiffel Tower at night or stadium architecture) for commercial gain without obtaining a property release from the trademark owner, you risk legal action from the rights holders. EuroAerials provides the raw footage “as is” and holds no liability for how you choose to broadcast it. All financial, legal, and copyright liabilities resulting from improper commercial use fall entirely and solely on the Buyer.


✅ YOU CAN:

  • Use the footage in personal, commercial, or client projects.

  • Use it on monetized YouTube channels, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and websites.

  • Use it in digital advertisements and promotional campaigns.

❌ YOU CANNOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the raw video files as standalone stock footage.

  • Upload the raw files to other stock media platforms (e.g., Shutterstock, Adobe Stock) under your own name.

  • Claim copyright ownership of the raw footage.



💰 Do prices include VAT (Value Added Tax)? If you are purchasing from within the European Union, the applicable digital VAT rate of your country will be calculated and added securely at checkout. B2B Customers: If you are buying on behalf of a registered EU company, you can enter your valid VAT Number during checkout. Our system will instantly verify it via the VIES database and apply a 0% Reverse Charge (VAT exemption) to your order.

🛑 What is your Refund Policy? Due to the digital, instantly downloadable nature of our high-quality ProRes bundles, all sales are final. By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge the waiver of your EU right of withdrawal. Once the secure download link has been generated and sent, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
